Lars Evans former Operating Principal of a UK Keller Williams franchise, and previously International investment property specialists GGI.

His time with the worlds largest real estate company has not only given him access to a network of 200,000 agents in 56 countries, but also an insight to the best emerging and established on and off market property investment opportunities.

His vision for Xceed International (XI) is to build a stable reputation by working with and not just for property investors worldwide. By fully understanding their individual goals and needs, XI will keep them up to date through regular information updates via the XI / AI Nurture platform. His belief is that knowledge is power, and that power is now partly in the form of AI (Artificial Intelligence).

Philip Johnston MRICS the former Head of Hotels at Savills and Non-Executive Director of The Resort Group Plc.
Based just off Oxford Street in our Central London offices, he covers the UK, Europe and Worldwide.
Collectively, the London team have been instructed on the appraisal, disposal and acquisition of over 1,000 hotels, serviced apartments and resorts, with a combined teams experience spanning over 75 years in the industry.
